Club Runs

PLEASE NOTE:  The current rule is groups of only four people and they must be three meters apart while working out.  Provincial COVID restrictions for sport.  Click on the link for clarification on what is allowed.

Pounder Runs

Tuesdays and Thursdays
5:45 PM at the selected trailhead.
Trail run, 60 minutes

Sundays (Trails)
8:00 or 8:30 AM at the trailhead (decided Thursday night)

Other Group Runs

Twisted Blisters (Road)
Feb. 21st, 8:30 AM at the Ministry of Environment office. (102 Industrial Place). The group will do the city loop or variations off of it.

Lakeshore Group
7:20 AM across from 86 Lakeshore Drive East.
City Loop or variation.

7:50 AM across from 86 Lakeshore Drive West, city loop or some variation followed by brunch. - See more at:
